Komatsu PC200-8 how to load into 40HQ?
In 15th, Dec.2024, We receive the shipping instruction from forwarder to load one komaysu PC200-8 excavator into 40HQ. This is how client require to dismantle excavator and load into container to save a lot of shipping costs.
First of all, we hire the truck crane to lift container and excavator parts:
1. Undercarriage track pads, track roller, track links
2. Bucket , arm and boom
3. cabin and window
4. engine hood panel
5. remove the stickers and plate
Each part was cleaned very carefully to make sure each corner stay in good and clean condition.
When the bucket and undercarriage load inside, the engineer will use steel wire rope to strap and secure them in case the parts will fall apart and damage the container during the voyage.
Then comes the hardest part, the undercarriage size is large and over width and height, so it can only lean in and get into the container, the crane lift the part and use excavator to push it in . finally they will use steel wire to strap it tightly.
