On Wednesday, the spotlight shifted to a client from the Republic of Congo, who arrived specifically to evaluate the SDLG 956L wheel loader. Becky guided the African customer through every component of the loader, from the drivetrain to the bucket and hydraulic system. Impressed by the machine’s condition and performance, the customer spent considerable time taking photos and shooting videos for their head office. The visit culminated in a major milestone—the signing of a purchase contract and preparation for payment, marking a direct win for Shanghai Chidi’s quality assurance and transparent service.
Thursday brought a domestic client from Guangzhou, who requested a professional third-party-style inspection of a Shantui SD22 bulldozer. Becky arranged for a full diagnostic check, and after rigorous testing, a detailed inspection report was issued to the client on-site. The Guangzhou customer expressed satisfaction with the transparency and thoroughness of the process.
Finally, on Saturday, Becky made an early trip to the airport to receive a client all the way from Afghanistan. Despite the weekend schedule, the Afghan customer was eager to inspect two key machines: a Doosan DX225 excavator and a Caterpillar 320D. After a full review and live demonstration, the customer returned to their hotel with detailed notes and positive feedback.
