Chile client visit and inspected excavator loading
In November 15th, 2023. Client from Chile visited Chidi trading company and ordered one komatsu PC130 excavator.
This PC130 operating weight at 12560 KG, shipping size at 7590mm*2590mm*2875mm, total volume reaches to 56 m3.
In order to save shipping cost, we decided to ship this digger via 40HQ container with the consent of client.
Here is the following process how we dismantle the excavator into parts and get them packed together into the container.
What is the loading process ? - We can complete the entire dismantling

- disconnection and marking of electrical / hydraulic connections

Step by step :
First of all, We dismantle the cabin and bucket
Secondly .We use forklift and lift the bucket and cabin put inside the container.
Thirdly, We use a truck crane to lift the bucket and boom into the container afterwards.
Look, the digging bucket has been dismantled and loaded inside too.
client asked for two spare parts- hydraulic thumb and bucket which are customized by us.
After that, The cabin is dismantled and put together into the container.
We lift the whole undercarriage in the air and use excavator move the undercarriage into the container.
Finally the whole excavator is put inside without any problem.
