Preparation and Loading Process
Before shipment, the machines underwent thorough inspection and preparation. The backhoe bucket was detached to reduce overall dimensions and ensure stability during transit. Similarly, the 966 loader’s bucket was carefully disassembled and securely packed alongside the machine.
The loading operation was conducted under the supervision of experienced logistics personnel. A heavy-duty crane was used to lift the machines onto the 40-foot flat rack, with special attention given to weight distribution. Once positioned, the equipment was firmly secured using heavy-duty chains, steel wires, and anti-slip mats to prevent any movement during the long sea voyage.
Securing and Lashing for Safe Transport
To meet international shipping standards, the team followed strict lashing procedures:
